This project involves a journey of discovery and the development of a plan to increase the ministry capacity of IAM Ministries (youth sports camp, leadership development, and strategic partnerships for ministry) as it relates to my calling. I believe that calling is from God and so has an important part to play in His Kingdom enterprises and it is incumbent upon each individual to develop ministry and calling to their fullest extent. To that end the following discoveries and plan has been presented so that IAM Ministries and I can be of value to the Kingdom and its expansion. The strategic plan identified and defined the activities of IAM Ministries and how the projects and activities provide direction and focus for the future. This included dependency on God, missional directives, team development, cultural development, and ministry development. This plan was then evaluated by three qualitative metrics: biblical reflection; theological reflection; and four components essential to a successful organization, which included staffing, lay ministry, attitude and atmosphere, and a common goal or purpose. A secondary outcome is a presentation for potential donors and partners that communicates the vision and direction of the ministry so that they are able to make an informed decision with regard to their involvement with IAM Ministries.
