Submitting your works:

To have your work added to the repository, please contact your Librarian.

Searching by author:

The "Scholars" tab in the navigation bar allows you to find works by specific authors. By default, all authors are listed in alphabetical order. You can enter a name in the search box to shorten the list to just authors with that name.

Clicking the scholar's name will take you to their profile, where you can learn more about them.
Clicking the department name will show you all citations by members of that department.
Clicking "Show Citations" will show you a list of all works by that scholar.
Clicking "Show Theses" will show you a list of all theses that scholar has supervised.

Searching by department:

The "Departments" tab in the navigation bar allows you to find works by members of specific departments. By default, all authors are listed in alphabetical order. You can select a department from the left side of the page to show only members of that department.

Clicking the scholar's name will take you to their profile, where you can learn more about them.
Clicking the department name will show you all citations by members of that department.
Clicking "Show Citations" will show you a list of all works by that scholar.
Clicking "Show Theses" will show you a list of all theses that scholar has supervised.

Exporting citations:

Individual citations can be exported to Zotero directly from the citation details page.

Lists of citations can be built and exported from within the site as well. To add a citation to your list, select the list at the bottom of the citation page and click the "Add to My Bookmarks" button. Citations can also be added to your list in bulk from any search page by selecting the list from the drop down box, clicking the check box next to the citations you wish to add, and then using the "Bookmark selected objects" button at the top of the page. You can also select "Bookmark all results" to add all of the search results to your list. This method allows you to create bibliographies for a given scholar, department, or other search criteria.

To export citations from your list, click "My Lists" in the navigation bar. From there you can select the list to view by clicking the name, or add a new list by clicking the "Add" tab. Once you have selected a list you can export some or all of the citations in several formats and citation styles, which can be selected from the "Format" and "Style" drop down menus. You must select a format to see the style selection menu.
